Although LHI is a nonprofit organization (see about us), we do charge a small amount of money on data request outside the scope of "free data". It is well recognized that fine supervised data annotation is a kind of labor-intensive work which requires a group of well-trained professional labelers. LHI has invested over 1million RMB on coaching our labeler team as well as the related technical support and team management. The fee charged will be mainly used to maintain the labelers' team. The extra part will be employed in enlarging database so as to supply more high-quality service for all computer vision society. As the database grows continuously, more free data will be released for academic purpose.

IP provides three levels of service:

1. Free data.

2. Standard data.

3. Customized data.

Free data is provided as a service to the research community.  Nominal fees are charged for standard or customized data in order to support the cost of running our labeling team.

Price of customized data varies depending on the complexity of videos/images and the labeling requirements you provide.
